At The Heart of the Matter Webinar Series launches with a review of cardiovascular disease ‘state of the community’ in the African American community. Join us as we hear from patients and community organizations working in their communities to lift the excess burden of cardiovascular disease in African Americans. Patients and patient advocacy groups interested in advancing their understanding of patient-centered approaches to shape program strategies, research plans, and partnerships should attend this kick-off session.
