COVID-19 Initiatives

As COVID-19 continues to impact our global communities, CCPH has partnered with academic institutions and community partners across the US to further its mission to promote health equity and social justice.

CCPH's Webinar Series

Community-Campus Partnerships for Health and the UNC Center for Health Equity Research at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill have partnered to launch the webinar series, Communities in Partnership: Ensuring Equity in the Time of COVID-19.

Join us as we highlight the disparate impact of the disease in the most vulnerable communities in our nation.

RADx-UP

The Rapid Acceleration of Diagnostic-Underserved Populations (RADx-UP) Program is a consortium of community-engaged research projects whose aim is to transform COVID-19 research to eliminate health disparities heightened by this pandemic. This nationwide program builds innovative and sustainable solutions to expand testing access and uptake in underserved, vulnerable communities.

CEAL I-TEAM

The North Carolina Increasing Trustworthiness through Engaged Action and Mobilization (I-TEAM) Project is one of 11 state teams in the Community Engagement Research Alliance Against COVID-19 in Disproportionately Affected Communities (CEAL).  NC I-TEAM is brought together in partnership by CCPH, the UNC Center for Health Equity Research, and the Wake Forest School of Medicine’s Maya Angelou Center for Health Equity.
