At The Heart of The Matter

At The Heart of the Matter is a Southeast regional event for hosting HBCU communities within the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, and South Carolina. We are inviting our colleagues outside of the region to watch the plenary sessions on the CCPH Facebook page.
Who should attend?
– Patients and patient advocacy groups interested in advancing their knowledge of Patient-Centered Outcomes Research (PCOR) and Comparative Effectiveness Research (CER) methods.
– Researchers at Historically Black Colleges and Universities wanting to expand the use of PCOR into their research programs to address cardiovascular health disparities and related health inequalities.
– Students of all health disciplines interested in this new, emerging area of research.
– Persons who want to fully utilize PCOR to shape strategies, research plans, and partnerships.
